the alt.support.depression webring



      The alt.support.depression ring is open to posters and lurkers of the alt.support.depression heirarchy of newsgroups, including, but not limited to:
      • alt.support.depression,
      • alt.support.depression.recovery,
      • alt.support.depression.recovery.sanctuary,
      • alt.support.depression.teen, and even
      • alt.support.depression.flame!    :)
      as well as the a.s.d related IRC channels (#freeasd, #kleenexasd and #grinchasd - if anybody goes there anymore!).

      Sites do not need to be concerned with depression in order to join the asd ring, but their webmasters do :)


      There aren't many rules to the asd ring, but I'm not comfortable without some structure, so...

      • no commercial sites - please don't try and ask for donations, either.

      • no sites soliciting services or treatments - we've all had enough miracle cures, thanks.

      • all sites should have the asd ring html fragment appear on the page they have listed with the ring or no more than one click away from it.    and i mean it!

      • in the end, spiral reserves the right to determine who will be included in the asd ring

      • the webmaster must be able to complete the phrase: "sometimes you feel like a nut, ..."

      If you can cope with that, then continue on and add your site to the queue.
